Sacred Knot Ancient Symbols | Enamel Pin Series
Sorry, currently out of stock
Design
This series of enamel pins were designed by Sean Parry of Sacred Knot Tattoo and all 3 are exclusively available now on Northern Fire.
The first was originally created as the logo for Sacred Knot Tattoo and the others are his interpretation of well known symbols; the Triskele and the Valknut. In the words of Sean:
“Knotwork was used by the ancient Celts in Britain, as well as the Germanic tribes of Europe and many other cultures from across the world. We believe that the meaning of many of of the symbols from these times were left intentionally open to interpretation. They were intended to be meditated upon and it was down to the viewer to unravel their meanings. This is why I see these as Sacred Knots.
To me, knotwork is one of the few places that we can still see magic in its raw form, as clear to us now as it would have seemed to our ancestors through the ages.”
Material & Make
Our pins are crafted in solid metal with enamel detailing and a sturdy pin for security of closure and longevity.
About The Artist
